1. Sip and Paint in the Dark
If you’re looking for a classy but hilarious bachelorette party in Rotterdam, this is it. Picture this: You and your crew painting neon art in a dimly lit studio, sipping wine, and singing along to your favourite playlist. No talent required, just laughter, glow paint, and a whole lot of creative chaos.
This painting in the dark event at Rembrandt van Wine in Rotterdam West last two hours and includes all drinks (yes, all of them), art supplies, and a super friendly instructor to guide you. By the end, you’ll all have your own glowing masterpiece, a few drinks (to many) and some questionable colour choices to giggle about later.
Book a private paint & sip with us!
- 2 hour painting event with art instructor
- Use normal and glow-in-the-dark paint
- Enjoy your favourite music and all drinks on the house
2. Floating hot tub experience
Yes, this is real. I don't think this is a thing in any other city in The Netherlands (the world maybe?) but you can do this right here in Rotterdam. Cruising the canals in a floating hot tub boat with plenty of drinks on board. Warm water, cold prosecco, with the skyline around you, it doesn’t get more Instagrammable than that.
Do we need to say more?
3. Silent disco walk along the Maas
In all honesty, maybe this is my personal favourite. Put on your headphones and dance your way through Rotterdam’s streets with a dj / guide and some tracks that perfectly match your mood. Is the group ready for random facts about the city , then you will get those. Is the bride in the mood for Taylor Swift, then you will all be listening to T Swift while parading on the Erasmusbridge.
Expect random onlookers, unstoppable laughter, and a truly iconic group experience.
4. Photoshoot challenge in Kop van Zuid
Gather the girls, grab your phones (or a professional photographer maybe) , and turn Rotterdam into your own runway. The challenge? Complete a checklist of creative photo prompts around Kop van Zuid — like “pose like a pop star,” “jump in sync,” or “strike your most dramatic Titanic moment on the bridge.” It’s a mix of sightseeing, silliness, and bachelorette-level glamour.
And of course there can only be 1 true star – misses bride to be herself. So give her the most special outfit and chant her on while cat walking by the terraces!
5. Karaoke battle night
No bachelorette is complete without a few off-key ballads. Book a private karaoke room, split into teams, and battle it out for “Best Performance,” “Most Dramatic,” and “Worst But Most Enthusiastic.” Just remember, what happens at karaoke, stays at karaoke (except the videos, which will definitely resurface).
Perfect activity also to combine with painting in the dark at Rembrandt van Wine , where you can numb your throats with a few too many glasses of wine before screaming at your loudest.
6. Rooftop cocktail challenge
Rotterdam’s skyline is something else, modern, bold, and just begging for a bachelorette party photoshoot. And what better way to do that then with a perfectly shaken cocktail made by misses bride to be herself. Head to one of the city’s rooftop bars for a private mixology class or cocktail challenge. Compete to create the bride’s signature drink, complete with a name as extra as she is. Loser buys the next round.
7. Brunch & spa day
After all the chaos, laughter, and questionable dance moves, why not wrap it up in style with a relaxing morning-after experience. Think bottomless mimosas, delicious brunch spreads, and a few hours at one of Rotterdam’s chic spas. It’s the perfect way to recharge, reflect, and toast the bride-to-be before the big day.
For those that have a car – just outside the city are also some super nice spas where you will fully recover from all the bachelorette party chaos the night before.
8. Private dance class
A private dance workshop is an amazing icebreaker and a great way to get everyone moving (and laughing). Choose a theme that fits the group’s vibe, maybe a burlesque routine, Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love,” or even a cheeky salsa class and get everyone moving in the same rhytm.
So often with bachelorettes you will have people that barely know each other, friends from differents parts of the country. Dancing together is simply the best possible method for everyone to get to know each other.
9. Harbor boat bachelorette party
For those that want to go on the water without getting wet (check 2. if you don't get this joke): Have a Rotterdam bachelorette party on the water! Rent a private boat, stock it with your favourite drinks and snacks, and set sail along the Maas. Add a speaker, a playlist full of guilty pleasures, and a few fun challenges, and you’ve got yourself a floating party with a view.
10. Make your own perfume workshop
Create a signature scent to remember the day. Each guest can mix and match essences until they find “the one”, a super personal keepsake from the bachelorette party. It’s elegant, creative, and smells like memories in the making.
11. Drag queen dinner show
Add sparkle, sass, and sequins to your night with a drag queen dinner show. Expect dazzling performances, interactive games, and a whole lot of laughter. Between the lip-sync battles, surprise audience challenges, and glitter-filled energy, you’ll be on your feet cheering before dessert even hits the table. The queens will make sure the bride feels like royalty, think champagne toasts, playful roasts, and maybe even a little on-stage spotlight moment. It’s over-the-top, unapologetically fabulous, and exactly the kind of bold celebration this bachelorette deserves.
Conclusion
Rotterdam is the ultimate city for a creative, classy, and laugh-out-loud bachelorette party. From rooftop cocktails to silent disco walks and paint & sip nights, there’s no shortage of ways to celebrate friendship, fun, and the soon-to-be Mrs.
So skip the cliché sashes and party buses, and give your bachelorette party in Rotterdam the glow-up it deserves. Or read our blog on bachelorette parties in Amsterdam or Eindhoven for more inspiration.
