Our professional art instructors will guide your friend group step-by-step through the painting process, and walk around for personal advice and guidance where needed. You can always follow the theme of the day that we choose with you beforehand, or everyone can paint away freely as they wish!
Drinks on the house
We make sure that there is plenty of drinks for you and your friends to enjoy during the paint and sip event, no need to worry or pay extra for that. If wanted, we can also arrange some snacks.

How does a Rembrandt van Wine event look like?
Hard to put the whole experience into words, but we will give it a try:
We invite you to arrive around 10 minutes before the start of the event, giving you some time to settle in and get comfortable before we start with the actual painting.
Once everyone is in our host & art instructor will give everyone a warm welcome, and just the right instructions to get you started.
Then, it is mainly just 2 hours of painting and having fun. While you get into the painting, our art instructor is walking around for personal painting advice and our host is walking around to top up your drink
Finally, there is some time to wander around yourself, look at the other creations, have a chat and take some photos before we say goodbye at the end of the 2 hours.
But you are not leaving empty handed, you of course get to take your creation home with you!
What is the price for a private paint and sip event?
We create a personalised quote for each group, there is not one fixed price for the private events. Factors such as number of people, date & time, inclusion of snacks and more make the whole event either cheaper or more expensive.

What is the maximum group size for a private painting session?
That depends a bit on which studio you plan on visiting – if any at all:
Amsterdam: Up to 70 people at once
Rotterdam: Up to 40 people at once
Eindhoven: Up to 40 people at once
Utrecht: Up to 60 people at once
Mobile studio: Capacity depends on the venue that we will be hosting your event in
I am not sure how many people will attend, can I still reserve a date?
We give everyone flexibility to change the number of guests up to 7 days before the event, so your team can RSVP and let us know. Just fill in the form with an approximate number of people, and we will take care of the rest!

Sport teams, friend groups, bachelorettes, corporate team building events, family outings – we have seen it all. Corporate, casual, or just because — Painting in the Dark is an experience that brings every group together for a memorable night!
