Looking for a super fun extra activity at your event? We can host our unique painting in the dark painting sessions wherever you want us, as long as we can make the space somehow dark, and the neighbours won't complain about the sound of people having a great time. Fancy a traditional paint and sip with normal paint? We can also make that happen. You name it - we arrange it!
Glow-in-the-dark paint
Painting in the dark using neon glow-in-the-dark paint will already give your event something special, but it gets even better when using our self-designed Rembrandt van Wine blacklight torch-caps. Can someone turn off the light already?

Tell us what we need to do
We can take care of decorating the space, providing the drinks, the music, the snacks, and all the materials and paint needed to host a successful event. We can also just take care of the painting part, it is truly all dependent on what you exactly want from us!
An event fully customisable
We can host neon sip and paint workshops, but also many other variations to that concept such as a classic daylight sip and paint. Previously we have helped organise paint parties with DJ, paint date speed dating and a bunch of other fun events and collaborations with popular brands. Surely, we will find just the right format for your event!

How does a Rembrandt van Wine external painting event look like?
Hard to put the whole experience into words, but we will give it a try:
We invite you to arrive around 10 minutes before the start of the event, giving you some time to settle in and get comfortable before we start with the actual painting.
Once everyone is in our host & art instructor will give everyone a warm welcome, and just the right instructions to get you started.
Then, it is mainly just 2 hours of painting and having fun. While you get into the painting, our art instructor is walking around for personal painting advice and our host is walking around to top up your drink
Finally, there is some time to wander around yourself, look at the other creations, have a chat and take some photos before we say goodbye at the end of the 2 hours.
But you are not leaving empty handed, you of course get to take your creation home with you!
What is the price for a private paint party?
We create a personalised quote for each group, there is not one fixed price for the private events. Factors such as number of people, date & time, inclusion of snacks and more make the whole event either cheaper or more expensive.

What is the maximum group size for an external event?
That depends a bit on which studio you plan on visiting – if any at all:
Amsterdam: Up to 70 people at once
Rotterdam: Up to 40 people at once
Eindhoven: Up to 40 people at once
Utrecht: Up to 60 people at once
Mobile studio: Capacity depends on the venue that we will be hosting your event in
I am not sure about the number of guests, can I still book an event?
We give everyone flexibility to change the number of guests up to 7 days before the event, so your team can RSVP and let us know. Just fill in the form with an approximate number of people, and we will take care of the rest!
What kind of other groups do you organise private events for?
Sport teams, friend groups, bachelorettes, corporate team building events, family outings – we have seen it all. Corporate, casual, or just because — Painting in the Dark is an experience that brings every group together for a memorable night! What kind of other events do you organise?
Anything artsy! We have regular clay partay events next to the regular paint in the dark events, and sometimes we organise special events in unexpected locations. Follow our calendar page and social media for up-to-date information.
