1. Glow in the dark Sip & Paint
A paint and sip event is always a hit, but in Eindhoven you can take it to the next level: Paint & Sip in the Dark. With the neon paints glowing under blacklight, even the least artistic colleague can create something worth taking home – or at the very least enjoy the process.
Each team member gets a canvas, brushes, and enough personal guidance from an art instructor while enjoying wine (or soft drinks) on the house. No skills required, just a willingness to get creative. It’s fun, social, and a guaranteed icebreaker. And if it is still not enough to get people talking, there are icebreaker cards with fun little questions on the table, so even your most reserved colleagues have something to talk about.
Teams under 8 can join a public session . For groups of 8 or more there is the option to book a private teambuilding workshop where you get the full studio to yourself.

2. Team cooking workshop
They say too many cooks spoil the broth, but honestly, that’s half the fun. In this team cooking workshop, everyone gets a chopping board, an apron, and a bit too much confidence. Together you’ll prepare a full meal under the guidance of a local chef who’s part teacher, part stand-up comedian.
It’s teamwork in its tastiest form: communication and coordination all stirred into one pot. When the timer buzzes and your dishes hit the table, you’ll either discover a hidden team of culinary geniuses, or a group that should never be left alone with a stove. Either way, dessert always fixes everything.
3. PSV stadium experience
Eindhoven is obviously home to the legendary football club PSV. With so much history, what is better than treating your team to a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, complete with locker rooms, pitch views, and stories of sporting glory.
To make it interactive, add trivia or team challenges along the way. Questions like "Who is the best striker to every play for PSV" are certainly going to get the conversation going. Ask as your own risk though!
4. Clay & Sip at the Klokgebouw
Looking to boost team spirit with something more creative than a standard happy hour? The new Clay & Sip workshop is the perfect blend of relaxation and collaboration. This isn’t your typical quiet pottery class; it’s a 2-hour creative party featuring disco balls, upbeat playlists, and an expert Clay Master to guide your team through the basics of hand-building.
Whether your colleagues are crafting a unique office mug, a sculptural desk organizer, or a quirky vase for their workspace, the wine and soft drinks are on the house to keep the collective energy high. To top it off, everyone gets to use professional painting materials after sculpting to give their creation a personalized finish. It’s the ideal way to help your team disconnect from their screens and reconnect with each other in the industrial heart of Strijp-S! Book your private Clay & Sip Team Event here .

5. Light installation building
Eindhoven and light go together like paint and canvas, they just belong . In this workshop, your team gets to play with LED strips, colours, and shapes to create their own glowing masterpiece. It’s hands-on, a little chaotic, and simply a lot of fun to be playing and creating at the same time. Bonus points if someone insists they’ve “invented the next Glow Festival installation.”
6. Street art & graffiti workshop
Eindhoven has a lot of street art, and now it is your turn to leave a mark. Under the wing of a local graffiti pro, you’ll sketch, spray, and accidentally step in paint while bringing a piece of wall to life.
This is an outdoor team activity, so this one is definitely more for the Dutch summer days.
7. Design challenge at the Van Abbemuseum
The Van Abbemuseum isn’t your typical “look but don’t touch” kind of place, at least not for this team building activity. Your team steps into the world of modern art and design with a twist: you’re not just here to admire, you’re here to create. After a quick burst of inspiration from the museum’s boldest pieces, teams get a mystery box of random materials and one mission, design something that could fit in the gallery.
Expect wild ideas, questionable masterpieces, and someone defending a pile of string as “a statement on collective chaos.” When you present your creation at the end, the only rule is to sound as confident as a real artist, bonus points for dramatic hand gestures.
8. Beer tasting at a local brewery
If your team prefers hops over hammers, this teambuilding activity in Eindhoven is a guaranteed hit. Head to one of the city’s buzzing craft breweries for a guided tasting, think golden ales, dark stouts, and everything in between. Along the way, you’ll learn how each beer is brewed, argue over which one’s best, and maybe discover that your quietest colleague has strong opinions about IPA bitterness.
It’s relaxed, social, and surprisingly insightful, a perfect way to toast to good teamwork and even better taste. What is left to say? Cheers!
9. Outdoor bootcamp in the park
For a more active option, gather your colleagues for an outdoor bootcamp session in Stadswandelpark or Genneper Parken. Trainers organize team challenges and exercises that boost energy and encourage teamwork.
10. Comedy & improv workshop
Nothing brings a team closer than laughing with , and occasionally at, each other. In this comedy and improv workshop, your team will learn how to think fast, say yes, and turn awkward moments into absolute gold. Guided by a professional comedian, you’ll play quick-fire games, act out ridiculous scenarios, and probably discover that your manager has a secret talent for dramatic monologues.
It’s one of the most energetic teambuilding activities in Eindhoven, part laughter therapy, part chaos, and completely unforgettable. The only real rule? Whatever happens in improv, stays in improv.
11. Create your own mini movie
Give your team a camera, a prop (like a traffic cone or inflatable flamingo), and 60 minutes to film a short movie somewhere in Eindhoven. The only rule: make it dramatic. Whether it turns into a thriller, rom-com, or absurd art film is anyone’s guess.
After this hour of shooting, edit the full movie with a professional, and turn your DIY-shots into something movie-worthy. Then, end the day with a “film premiere” in a cinema and a little award ceremony with awards like “Most Unnecessary Slow Motion” or “Best Improvised Script.”
You will have a good time, for sure!
12. Silent disco walk
Silent disco meets walking tour. Wait what? Every team member will get their own silent disco headset, and together with a DJ meets walking tour guide you will take a historic walk through the city while jamming out to funky tunes.
Time for an occasional dance stop, of course there is! Throw out that office-energy and laugh together during the walk. And no one said the party has to stop at the end of the walk, feel free to continue on Strijp-S after.
Final thoughts
From neon paint to comedy, football, and silent discos, Eindhoven has everything you need to turn team building into something memorable. Whether you want to boost collaboration, unleash creativity, or simply have fun together, these activities are guaranteed to get your colleagues laughing, bonding, and connecting.

Enjoy!
