Rotterdam, are you ready for 2 hours of fun, painting, sipping and more fun? We think so, and that is why we are bringing Rembrandt van Wine, and the unique painting in the dark concept, to the 2nd biggest city of The Netherlands. Starting December 6th everyone will be able to paint and enjoy at our atelier in Rotterdam-West.
Why Rotterdam?
After an overwhelming start in both Amsterdam and London we started thinking about expanding the Rembrandt van Wine-brand even further. As there are so many potentially interesting cities Rotterdam wasn’t immediately obvious to us.
We considered Berlin, Bordeaux, Paris and even Copenhagen. But then, one warm summer day, we sat down and asked ourselves the question: Why go far when the answer might just be a 1-hour train ride away? Rotterdam has everything we need to make Rembrandt van Wine into a success, plus it is so much easier to reach then all the other options on the table.
Rotterdam is large and lively, with an amazing creative scene, and its people are always super down to give new initiatives a try. There are already so many amazing creative concepts in the city, and we want to be a part of that and bring the city to yet another level!
Why only now?
For the close reader, we indeed did decide to open up a Rotterdam location in the middle of summer. So what took us so long you might wonder. Finding an appropriate location didn’t turn out to be as easy as expected. There are plenty of vacant spaces, however we needed to find just the perfect space for us, also because we are not planning on leaving anytime soon.
We found it, a beautiful large atelier in De Kroon in Rotterdam-West that we made completely into our own. Not to speak bad on our locations in Amsterdam or London, but this one is one worth visiting. Like really, you should visit!
What to expect at the Rotterdam location?
The exact same thing as in our Amsterdam and London locations, an immersive painting in the dark experience where you can go for two hours of painting, mingling and sipping. Whether it is your first time painting or your friends always call you Rembrandt, you can and will enjoy a painting-event in our Rotterdam location!
When will Rembrandt van Wine Rotterdam open?
